Baku, June 22: A ceremony to exchange documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan was held on June 22 with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkmen President Sardar Berdimuhamedov.First, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of Turkmenistan Sardar Berdimuhamedov signed the Joint Statement of the Presidents.
The “Technical Conditions for the Exchange of Initial Information on Goods and Means of Transport Transported between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan” were exchanged by the Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahin Bagirov, and the Chairman of the Customs Service of Turkmenistan, Maksat Khudaykuliyev.The “Protocol on cooperation in the field of customs statistics of mutual trade between the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan” was exchanged by the Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahin Bagirov, and the Chairman of the Customs Service of Turkmenistan, Maksat Khudaykuliyev.
The “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Sports between the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of Turkmenistan” was exchanged by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Farid Gayibov and the Chairman of the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of Turkmenistan Allaberdi Saparov.The “Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of labor and social protection of the population between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan” was exchanged by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan Anar Aliyev and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan Mukhammetseyit Silapov.
