Islamabad: Ambassador of the Philippines to Pakistan, Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez, visited the annual photo exhibition organized by the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Photo Journalists Association (RIPJA), where he viewed a diverse collection of photographs highlighting Pakistan’s culture, heritage, current affairs, and the work of professional photojournalists.
During his visit, Ambassador Fernandez appreciated the efforts of photojournalists in documenting significant moments and preserving history through the lens.
