Mardan Police Launch Crackdown on Firecracker Sales and Aerial Firing

Mardan: SHO of Police Station Jabar, Hussain Akbar Khan, has adopted a zero-tolerance policy against the sale of firecrackers and aerial firing, making it clear that violation of the law will not be tolerated under any circumstances.He stated that the illegal sale of firecrackers and aerial firing is not only dangerous for citizens but also disturbs the peace and tranquility of the area.

According to SHO Hussain Akbar Khan, the police have initiated special measures in this regard and strict legal action will be taken against those involved in such activities.He also warned shopkeepers to refrain from selling firecrackers; otherwise, cases will be registered against them and legal action will be taken.

He further said that protecting the lives and property of the public is the foremost responsibility of the police, and no negligence will be tolerated in fulfilling this duty. Citizens have also been urged to follow the law and immediately inform the police about any suspicious activity or aerial firing so that timely action can be taken.
