Islamabad — Ambassador of Rwanda, H.E. Harerimana Fatou, held a meeting with Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Azam Nazeer Tarar in Islamabad, focusing on strengthening bilateral engagement.
The discussions centered on advancing practical steps to implement the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two countries in February 2026. The agreement covers collaboration in areas such as gender promotion, family support initiatives, and child development.In a key development, both sides agreed to soon form a joint technical committee that will be responsible for executing and monitoring the progress of the MoU.
The meeting reflected a shared commitment by Pakistan and Rwanda to deepen cooperation and build stronger partnerships in social and humanitarian sectors.
