Atif Sharif Mian welcomed a strong delegation of 20 prominent Pakistani companies participating in the Invest in Ethiopia Conference held on March 26–27, 2026.The delegation was led by Hon. Consul General of Ethiopia to Pakistan Ibrahim Tawab and joined over 800 international businessmen and investors at the event, reflecting Ethiopia’s growing appeal as an investment destination.
The Embassy of Pakistan in Ethiopia hosted a reception in honor of the delegation and facilitated key meetings with government officials and business stakeholders to enhance trade and investment collaboration.Officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad noted that Pakistani companies are increasingly exploring opportunities in Ethiopia, signaling a positive shift in bilateral economic relations.
The initiative, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia and Public Diplomacy Pakistan, highlights efforts to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries.
