ISLAMABAD: Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan held a meeting with Chairman NADRA, Lieutenant General Muhammad Munir Afsar, in Islamabad to discuss institutional performance and public service delivery.During the meeting, the NADRA chairman briefed him on ongoing projects, digital reforms, and improvements in the registration system. Syedal Khan appreciated NADRA’s performance, noting that the organization is delivering better public services through modern technology.
He also praised the leadership and professional capabilities of the NADRA chairman, highlighting that the institution has earned international recognition and secured global contracts.The deputy chairman particularly raised concerns over difficulties faced by people in Balochistan in obtaining identity cards, especially in remote and underdeveloped areas. He stressed the need for immediate measures to address these challenges.
He called for strengthening NADRA registration centers, expanding mobile registration services, and ensuring maximum facilitation for citizens, particularly in remote regions.Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to improving public service delivery and enhancing institutional performance.
