ANTALYA (IN): On the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Algeria’s Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf held a bilateral meeting with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to discuss ways to further enhance cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, both leaders reviewed the longstanding and friendly relations between Algeria and Pakistan, agreeing on the need to intensify joint efforts to elevate bilateral ties across multiple sectors.In a positive development, Ishaq Dar extended an official invitation to Ahmed Attaf to visit Pakistan, signaling a commitment to deepen diplomatic engagement.
The two sides also exchanged views on the evolving situation in the Middle East and the Arabian Gulf. Ahmed Attaf appreciated Pakistan’s diplomatic role and mediation efforts aimed at achieving a ceasefire in ongoing regional conflicts.Both leaders expressed optimism that continued diplomatic initiatives would help resolve longstanding disputes and contribute to lasting peace, stability, and security across the region.
