Visit of RBA President Dr. Ali Khan to Takht Bhai

Mardan: Dr. Ali Khan, President of the Radio Broadcasters Association (RBA) Mardan Division, paid an important visit to Takht Bhai the other day. During the visit, he held a detailed meeting with the CEO of Radio Watan Takht Bhai, Riaz-ul-Haq, and Station Manager Pamir Jan.The meeting focused on broadcasting affairs, the promotion of regional media, and ways to make public awareness campaigns through radio more effective.

Other office-bearers and members of the Radio Broadcasters Association, including Abrar Ghar, Arshad Ali Khan, Hazrat Ali Darman, and Maghaz Khan, were also present on the occasion.The participants emphasized the need to modernize radio broadcasting in line with contemporary requirements so that timely and authentic information can be effectively delivered to the public.During the visit, Dr. Ali Khan and RBA Chief Advisor Zubair Awan Dawoodzai also expressed deep sorrow and grief over the passing of the paternal aunt of renowned personality Saeed Adil.

They extended their condolences to the bereaved family, offered prayers (Fateha), and prayed for the departed soul’s forgiveness, higher ranks in the hereafter, and patience for the family.Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ali Khan said that media—especially radio—is a powerful means of communication that plays a vital role in raising social awareness, promoting education, and bringing positive change. He reaffirmed that RBA will continue its efforts to promote radio at the regional level and work for the welfare of broadcasters.
