Lahore, May 17: High Commissioner of Rwanda to Pakistan, Harerimana Fatou inaugurated “Cafrica” in Lahore, marking an important milestone in strengthening trade, investment, and cultural relations between Africa and Pakistan.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the High Commissioner appreciated the efforts of Muhammad Rehan Younas for his vision and commitment to enhancing cooperation between African countries and Pakistan. She highlighted the significance of introducing premium African coffee, particularly Rwandan coffee, to the Pakistani market while creating new avenues for business collaboration.She further stated that the planned expansion of Africa House Pakistan to Kigali in 2025 reflects the deepening partnership between Rwanda and Pakistan.
According to her, the initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to entrepreneurship, economic diplomacy, and people-to-people connectivity.The launch of “Cafrica” is expected to open new opportunities for bilateral trade, investment partnerships, and greater awareness of African products in Pakistan.
