Islamabad: Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan held a meeting with a delegation of the Pashtunkhawa National Awami Party (PNAP) led by Central Chairman Khushal Khan KakarMember National Assembly Adil Khan Bazai and former Federal Minister Ghalib Khan also called on Deputy Chairman Senate separately. During the meetings, matters relating to the prevailing regional situation, political harmony, national cohesion, development of Balochistan, and key economic priorities were discussed.
The Deputy Chairman Senate underscored the importance of constructive dialogue and democratic engagement in addressing emerging regional and international developments.Referring to ongoing diplomatic efforts between the United States and Iran, he expressed hope that any prospective understanding or agreement would contribute to regional peace, stability, and economic confidence. He emphasized that diplomacy remains the most effective path toward resolving conflicts and reducing tensions.Syedaal Khan appreciated the role of Pakistan’s political and military leadership in safeguarding national interests and maintaining internal and regional stability during challenging times.
He stressed the need for national unity, institutional coordination, and a collective approach to ensure peace, prosperity, and sustainable progress for the country.The Deputy Chairman Senate also highlighted the urgent need for accelerated development in Balochistan, emphasizing improved infrastructure, education, healthcare, employment generation, and better access to public services.
He said the federal government remain fully committed to the uplift and prosperity of Balochistan through targeted development initiatives, enhanced public investment, and inclusive policies aimed at addressing longstanding socio-economic challenges. He stressed that sustainable development, equitable allocation of resources, and effective implementation of projects reflect the government’s firm resolve to bring Balochistan into the mainstream of national development and ensure lasting peace and prosperity in the province.The delegation appreciated the Deputy Chairman Senate’s balanced and forward-looking views on national, regional, and economic matters.
