Governor Punjab Praises Pakistan Sweet Home Students at Annual Iftar Dinner in Islamabad

Islamabad, February 23, 2026:The Governor of Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider, lauded the remarkable achievements of children at Pakistan Sweet Home while addressing the organization’s annual Iftar dinner in Islamabad.Speaking at the event, the Governor said he was deeply impressed by the talent and determination of the students, noting that they have proven their abilities across various fields of education. He also paid tribute to the dedicated team working behind the scenes to support and nurture these children.He described Pakistan Sweet Home’s educational, training, medical, and welfare programs as exemplary, urging philanthropists and well-off individuals to actively participate in and support the organization’s initiatives.

On the occasion, Zamurrad Khan, head of Pakistan Sweet Home, highlighted that many students from the institution are currently enrolled in leading universities, medical colleges, IT institutes, and engineering colleges across the country. He reaffirmed that serving orphaned and underprivileged children is his life’s mission and pledged to continue working for their welfare until his last breath.He further shared that the organization’s mission has expanded from North Waziristan to Azad Kashmir and Sukkur, adding that Pakistan Sweet Home is currently running ten major mega projects nationwide.The ceremony also featured an interactive session where students introduced themselves and delivered speeches, drawing loud applause from the audience. A large number of donors attended the annual Iftar dinner, expressing continued support for the organization’s humanitarian efforts.
