ISLAMABAD — President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has lauded Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif for his pivotal role in facilitating the peace agreement between the United States and Iran, terming it a landmark diplomatic achievement with far-reaching global impact.In a congratulatory message, President Rahmon commended the Pakistani premier’s effective mediation, acknowledging his contribution to the successful conclusion of the agreement. “I sincerely congratulate you on your constructive role in mediating a peace agreement between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he said.
The Tajik leader praised Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s determination and proactive diplomacy, noting that his sustained efforts and firm resolve helped address a highly sensitive international issue.
