The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Pakistan, in collaboration with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized an Uzbekistan–Pakistan Business Forum in Lahore to showcase the investment potential of the Tashkent Region.
The event was attended by the Governor of the Tashkent Region, Zoir Mirzaev, along with representatives of the business community from Punjab and more than 120 entrepreneurs and executives from major companies in both Uzbekistan and Pakistan.During the forum, detailed presentations were delivered highlighting investment opportunities and economic prospects in the Tashkent region.
The event also featured B2B meetings between business representatives aimed at strengthening trade and investment ties.According to officials, the discussions resulted in agreements to pursue several mutually beneficial joint projects between companies from the two countries.Diplomatic sources expressed confidence that initiatives like this forum will further expand economic cooperation and deepen the longstanding friendship between Uzbekistan and Pakistan.
