ISLAMABAD, September 18, 2026: The Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Pakistan has strongly condemned the brutal terrorist attack near a mosque at the Police Lines in Kohat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.In a statement issued on Friday, the Belarusian Embassy said the attack, which targeted law enforcement personnel and peaceful worshippers during Friday prayers, was a barbaric act of violence that could not be justified.
The Embassy stressed the need for an uncompromising and united global effort to combat terrorism and extremism in all their forms.It expressed hope that the masterminds and perpetrators of the attack would be swiftly identified and brought to justice.Belarus also extended heartfelt condolences and solidarity to the families and friends of those killed, as well as to the Government and people of Pakistan.
The Embassy said its thoughts were with Pakistan during the difficult hour and wished a speedy and full recovery to all those injured in the attack.
