The Embassy of Pakistan in Stockholm organized a special commemorative event to mark the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, bringing together members of the Pakistani diaspora including students, journalists, entrepreneurs, and community representatives.
A message from the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister was read during the ceremony, highlighting the nation’s unity, courage, and unwavering resolve displayed against a much larger adversary. A documentary showcasing the events leading to Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos and Marka-e-Haq was also screened and received enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Speakers paid glowing tributes to the martyrs and Ghazis of Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, reaffirming the collective commitment to safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.
Addressing the gathering, Trade and Investment Counsellor Mr. Ahsan Riaz Chaudhary praised the patriotism, dedication, and continued support of overseas Pakistanis during Marka-e-Haq. He emphasized that Pakistan, its institutions, and its resilient people remain united in defending the homeland.The event concluded with special prayers for Pakistan’s peace, stability, progress, and prosperity.
