Mardan: An inauguration ceremony for a modern solar power system was held at Ghazali School and College Baghdada, Mardan. Renowned religious and social figure Maulana Jawad Ali Haqqani, former Tehsil Nazim Ibrahim Buland, and Shahryar Khan attended the event as chief guests. Distinguished local personalities including Ajmal Shah, Mansoor Ali Advocate, Niaz Ali, Nasir Khan, and Mudassar Khan also participated in the ceremony.On this occasion, the school’s Principal Ijaz Khan and Director Academic Farhan Yousaf briefed the guests about the institution’s educational activities, modern facilities, and outstanding academic achievements.
They stated that Ghazali School and College achieved remarkable success in the recent board examinations, which was the result of the hard work of teachers and the dedication of students.Addressing the ceremony, Maulana Jawad Ali Haqqani said that equipping educational institutions with modern technology has become an essential requirement of the present era. He added that solar energy is not only an effective solution to the electricity crisis but also an environmentally friendly system that will benefit future generations.
He further remarked that providing modern facilities alongside quality education is a commendable initiative and that the management of Ghazali School deserves appreciation for its efforts.He also stated that institutions which focus on students’ proper training and modern facilities along with education play a vital role in the development of society. Participants of the ceremony appreciated the initiative taken by Ghazali School for the complete solarization of all its sections and campuses, calling it a positive step in the field of education.
