ISLAMABAD: Ambassador-designate of Sri Lanka to the Kyrgyz Republic, Fred Seneviratne, presented the open copy of his Letter of Credence to Melis Moldaliev at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Islamabad on May 18, 2026.
During the meeting, Ambassador-designate Seneviratne expressed his gratitude to Charge d’Affaires Moldaliev for providing him an early opportunity to present the open copy of his credentials. He reaffirmed his commitment to further strengthening the longstanding relations between Sri Lanka and Kyrgyz Republic and conveyed warm greetings to the leadership and people of the Kyrgyz Republic.Charge d’Affaires Moldaliev congratulated the ambassador-designate on his new assignment and assured him of the Kyrgyz government’s full support and cooperation during his tenure.
Ambassador-designate Seneviratne also thanked Charge d’Affaires Moldaliev for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him.The meeting was also attended by Christy Ruban, who accompanied the ambassador-designate.
