No Compromise on the Rights of Patients and Employees, Says Pakistan Allied Health Professional Association

MARDAN: The cabinet of the Pakistan Allied Health Professional Association has reaffirmed its full confidence in its leader and central and provincial president, Habib Khan, while pledging to continue the mission of reforms, transparency, and public welfare in the Health Department in a more effective manner.In a joint statement, cabinet members said that the organization would continue its struggle to improve the healthcare system across the province, ensure quality medical facilities for patients in hospitals, and guarantee the timely availability of medicines.

They added that exposing irregularities and corruption within the Health Department remains one of the organization’s top priorities so that the public can receive transparent and improved healthcare services.The members also reiterated their commitment to maintaining full cooperation with all relevant authorities and institutions in order to bring positive changes to the health sector and resolve the issues faced by the public.

Cabinet members stated that the organization would always raise its voice for the protection of the rights of patients and employees of the Health Department, and that no compromise would be made in this regard. They further said that providing healthcare workers with a better working environment and improved facilities is also among the organization’s key priorities so they can perform their responsibilities more effectively.The statement further emphasized that all available resources would be utilized to strengthen the provincial healthcare system while adhering to the principles of public service, merit, transparency, and accountability.
