Islamabad, June 3: H.E. Harerimana Fatou, High Commissioner of Rwanda to Pakistan, today witnessed the signing ceremony of a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) and the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA).
