ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Sweet Home, Zamurd Khan (Hilal-e-Imtiaz), attended the “Maarka-e-Haq” T20 Cricket Match organized by Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, along with students of the Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College.The children enthusiastically watched the match and expressed great excitement during the event, which aimed to promote patriotism, youth engagement, and national unity through sports.
Speaking on the occasion, Zamurd Khan said that the purpose of the match was to pay tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces for their sacrifices and commitment to safeguarding the country.“This match is a tribute to our brave armed forces. We salute the defenders of our nation for their unwavering dedication and service. We also appreciate Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan for organizing this meaningful event that highlights national unity and patriotism,” he said.Zamurd Khan further stated that the children of Pakistan Sweet Home hold deep respect and gratitude for the armed forces and are inspired by their spirit of sacrifice and commitment to the nation.
He added that initiatives promoting sports among young people play an important role in fostering teamwork, discipline, and love for the country.The event was also attended by Member of the National Assembly Anjum Aqeel Khan, former Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Afridi, Focal Person Ibrahim Noor, and students of Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College.
