Islamabad, June 10, 2026: Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan, A. Movlamov, visited the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) and held a meeting with Rector Maj Gen (Retd) Shahid Mahmood Kayani, HI(M).During the meeting, both sides discussed the current state and future prospects of Turkmen-Pakistan cooperation in education, science, and culture. They emphasized the need to expand academic engagement, strengthen inter-university linkages, and promote joint educational and research initiatives.
The two leaders highlighted the vital role of educational and cultural exchanges in fostering mutual understanding and bringing the people of both countries closer. They also stressed the importance of promoting language studies and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Turkmenistan and Pakistan.Reaffirming their commitment, both sides expressed confidence that enhanced academic collaboration and cultural interaction would further strengthen the longstanding friendship and mutually beneficial partnership between the two nations.
