Astana to Host Global Investment Leaders at 9th Astana Finance Days 2026

ASTANA, Kazakhstan: Kazakhstan’s capital Astana is set to become a major hub for global investment and financial dialogue on September 9–10, 2026, as the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) hosts the 9th Astana Finance Days (AFD) 2026 under the theme “Delivering Impact. Capital in Action.”The two-day forum will bring together investors, financial and technology sector leaders, regulators, government representatives, international financial institutions and global businesses to discuss emerging opportunities and challenges shaping the Eurasian and global financial landscape.Since its launch in 2018, Astana Finance Days has developed into one of the region’s prominent financial platforms, supporting Kazakhstan’s capital markets, investment ecosystem and international business cooperation. The forum is expected to attract more than 5,500 participants from over 80 countries this year.

The 2026 programme will feature senior representatives from Kazakhstan’s public sector, national companies, international financial institutions and leading global investment and asset management firms. Confirmed speakers include representatives of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan, National Bank of Kazakhstan, Organization of Turkic States, Islamic Development Bank Institute, Freedom Holding Corp., Binance, Mastercard, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, Brookfield, Bloomberg, FTSE Russell, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, Shanghai Stock Exchange and other major international organisations.AFD 2026 will focus on practical solutions and new opportunities across capital markets and investment products, financial regulation and market confidence, institutional innovation, financing the real economy, and regional and cross-border capital cooperation.A special focus will also be placed on the AIFC ecosystem, with case studies highlighting business growth, successful capital raising and expansion into international markets under the Centre’s jurisdiction.Another major feature will be the AFD Exhibition, where banks, financial institutions, investment and asset management companies, fintech firms and technology projects will showcase their products, services and innovative solutions.
