HARIPUR: Austrian Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Wolfgang Oliver Kutschera, visited the Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST) in Haripur, reaffirming Austria’s strong commitment to expanding academic and research collaboration with Pakistan.During his visit, Ambassador Kutschera praised PAF-IAST as a remarkable symbol of the longstanding educational partnership between Austrian universities and Pakistani institutions.
He highlighted the institute’s significant role in advancing applied sciences education, promoting student and faculty exchange programmes, and strengthening joint research initiatives through sustained international cooperation.The Ambassador expressed his appreciation to the PAF-IAST administration and staff for their warm welcome and generous hospitality, describing the institution as a successful model of bilateral academic collaboration.
Expressing optimism about the future, Ambassador Kutschera said he looks forward to seeing the Pakistan-Austria partnership continue to grow and deepen in the years ahead. He also conveyed his pleasure at the prospect of visiting PAF-IAST again to witness its continued progress and achievements.
