QUETTA: Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar remained engaged in a series of public, social, and political activities in Quetta, where he met with prominent personalities and various delegations to discuss issues facing Balochistan and explore avenues for the province’s development.During his visit, he attended the wedding ceremony of the daughter of Haji Latif Achakzai and extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the newlywed couple.
The Deputy Chairman also met representatives of civil society and discussed matters related to education, healthcare, employment, and social development. He emphasized that addressing public issues remains a top priority of the government.Later, he held a meeting with a delegation of the Supreme Court Bar Balochistan, which was attended by the Additional Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General. The participants exchanged views on constitutional, legal, and judicial matters, as well as the provision of justice in Balochistan.
Syedaal Khan Nasar also met former Nazims and councillors of Quetta, where discussions focused on the local government system, civic challenges, and the role of local bodies in public service delivery. In separate meetings with youth and women delegations, issues concerning employment opportunities, education, women’s empowerment, and the overall situation in the province were discussed in detail.He reaffirmed his commitment to raising the voice of the people of Balochistan at every forum and working closely with all stakeholders to promote the province’s development, prosperity, and stability.
