Tashkent/Islamabad: The Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan has expressed sincere appreciation for the diplomatic engagement between Pakistan and Uzbekistan, highlighting the significance of recent developments in regional cooperation.During a high-level exchange, the Uzbek side conveyed gratitude for the letter sent by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The letter acknowledged the successful signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, while commending Pakistan’s active and constructive mediation efforts throughout the process.
The discussion underscored confidence that the next phases of the diplomatic process will advance in a constructive and positive spirit.
