Islamabad:A meeting was held at the Embassy of Romania in Islamabad between Mr. Rauf Raja, CEO Brain Designer Pakistan, and Mr. Eduard Preda, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Romania.During the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Romania in the fields of public private partnership trade, tourism, hospitality, and investment.
It was agreed in principle to organize the Pakistan–Romania Business Expo in Bucharest, aiming to create a dynamic platform for business communities of both countries to explore partnerships, investment opportunities, and commercial collaboration.Special emphasis was placed on promoting Romania as an attractive destination for international investors under the theme “Explore & Invest in Romania.” The initiative is expected to showcase Romania’s investment potential across multiple sectors while encouraging greater engagement from Pakistani businesses and entrepreneurs.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of people-to-people connections, tourism promotion, and institutional collaboration to deepen economic and cultural relations between Pakistan and Romania.The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to continue engagement and transform ideas into practical initiatives for shared growth and cooperation.
