Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) is set to organize a major Health & Beauty Expo on June 17–18, aimed at promoting innovation, investment, and collaboration in Pakistan’s healthcare and cosmetic sectors.RCCI President Usman Shaukat informed that the upcoming expo will build on the success of previous editions, providing a comprehensive platform for healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment manufacturers, and policy experts to engage and explore new opportunities.
The event will feature a wide range of exhibition stalls showcasing modern medical technologies, pharmaceutical products, diagnostic services, healthcare solutions, and cosmetics. Both local and international companies are expected to participate, highlighting advancements in digital health, telemedicine, and hospital infrastructure.He further stated that the expo will focus on strengthening linkages between the public and private sectors to improve healthcare delivery and encourage investment in the industry.
He also emphasized the potential economic benefits for Pakistan, urging both government and private sector hospitals to collaborate in creating an enabling environment for medical tourism.The Chamber expressed optimism that the upcoming expo will serve as a catalyst for growth in Pakistan’s healthcare, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic sectors, while facilitating business-to-business networking and multilateral cooperation among participants.
