Trade body highlights investment prospects and stronger bilateral commercial ties
PESHAWAR: A high-level delegation of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), led by President Usman Shaukat, called on Faisal Karim Kundi, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, at the Governor House to brief him on the outcomes of its recent trade visit to the United States.During the meeting, the delegation shared a comprehensive overview of its engagements in the U.S., outlining potential avenues for foreign investment, enhanced trade facilitation, and deeper bilateral commercial cooperation.
The RCCI leadership underscored the importance of expanding export markets and fostering business-to-business linkages to stimulate economic growth.Governor Kundi appreciated the Chamber’s proactive role in promoting Pakistan’s business interests abroad and emphasized the need for coordinated efforts to attract international investors to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other regions.Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi and Executive Committee Member Imran Ali were also present on the occasion.
