Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar has said that in order to effectively address the challenges facing the country and ensure Pakistan’s progress and stability, it has become imperative for all political parties, state institutions, and the public to move forward with unity and a shared vision.He expressed these views while speaking at an Iftar dinner hosted in his honour by former Federal Minister and former Senator Saleem Saifullah Khan and Anwar Saifullah Khan.
The event was attended by a large number of distinguished guests, including ambassadors from various countries, former federal ministers, parliamentarians, media representatives, and prominent social and political figures, as well as notable personalities from Islamabad.During the gathering, special prayers were offered for the country’s peace, progress, and prosperity. The participants also reaffirmed their resolve to promote national unity and collectively address the national and global challenges currently faced by Pakistan.In his address, Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar said that Pakistan is currently facing various challenges at both national and international levels. However, he emphasized that, as in the past, these challenges can be overcome through national unity, collective wisdom, and coordinated efforts.He noted that the present government is committed to moving forward by taking all political and social segments of society along, in order to collectively address the challenges confronting the country.The Deputy Chairman further stated that Pakistan has successfully faced global and regional challenges in the past, and today as well, the people, government, and state institutions stand united in safeguarding national interests and ensuring stability. He emphasized that all political forces, institutions, and citizens must rise above differences and work together with a shared national vision for the protection of national interests and the country’s development.He added that Pakistan is embarking on a new journey of development and economic stability, and through collective determination, cooperation, and unity, the nation can make the country stronger and more prosperous.
Syedal Khan Nasar reaffirmed that the political leadership, state institutions, and the people will work with a strong sense of responsibility to address the prevailing security and other challenges and lead Pakistan towards new milestones of progress.On the occasion, the host, former Senator Saleem Saifullah Khan, thanked the distinguished guests for their presence and said that such gatherings play an important role in strengthening connections among different segments of society, promoting harmony, and reinforcing the spirit of national unity.
