Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasir Appreciates Efforts of Pakistan’s Political and Military Leadership for Peace in the Middle East, Calls for Stability in the RegionDeputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasir has appreciated the efforts of Pakistan’s political and military leadership aimed at restoring normalcy in the Middle East and emphasized the importance of peace and stability in the region.He stated that Pakistan’s leadership is taking serious and effective steps to promote peace and improve the situation in the Middle East.
He particularly commended the diplomatic and practical initiatives undertaken by the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Chief of Defence Forces to promote stability and reduce tensions in the region.Syedal Khan Nasir noted that Pakistan is playing a constructive role not only at the national level but also on the international stage to help de-escalate tensions and encourage peaceful resolution of conflicts in the Middle East.The Deputy Chairman Senate emphasized that disputes and differences cannot be resolved through war but through dialogue and diplomacy. He stated that resolving conflicts through negotiations produces positive outcomes not only for the region but also for the global economy.
He further noted that the current situation in the Middle East is having repercussions across the world, affecting global trade, economic stability, and the daily lives of ordinary people.He stressed that lasting peace and stability in the region are essential for promoting economic activities and easing the difficulties faced by people.He expressed these views while speaking at an Iftar dinner hosted in his honour in Quetta by Provincial Minister for Education and former Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly, Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani. Provincial Minister for Communications and Works and Parliamentary Leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) in Balochistan, Mir Saleem Khan Khoso, was also present on the occasion.During the gathering, participants also held a detailed discussion on the overall political and economic situation of Balochistan. Syedal Khan Nasir stated that the present government is taking serious steps to promote education, trade, and investment. He expressed hope that these effective policies will create new opportunities for development and prosperity, particularly in underdeveloped regions including Balochistan.He further said that Balochistan is a highly important and sensitive province, and concrete measures are being undertaken to ensure its progress and prosperity.
Comprehensive strategies are being implemented to enhance education, healthcare, communications, trade, investment, and employment opportunities.The Deputy Chairman Senate emphasized that the nation must remain united to effectively address current challenges. He stressed that all stakeholders should rise above political interests and work collectively for the progress and prosperity of the country.
