ISLAMABAD (City Reporter): In a significant move to strengthen its outreach and welfare initiatives, the Saima Efrahim Welfare Foundation has expanded its leadership structure during a special meeting held in the federal capital.
Chairperson Saima Efrahim approved key appointments aimed at enhancing the foundation’s operational capacity. Tahir Abbas has been named Executive Director, while Syeda Samira Raza will serve as Director of Operations. Additionally, Nasir Ali has been appointed Deputy Director for Public Relations.
According to foundation spokesperson Muhammad Efrahim Bhatti, the expansion of the cabinet is intended to further scale up the organization’s social welfare programs.Established in August 2023, the foundation has been actively providing educational and healthcare support to underprivileged, orphaned, and vulnerable children. Currently, around 150 students from deserving families are benefiting from its ongoing welfare initiatives.
