Rwanda Invites Pakistani Investors to Explore Opportunities at HESP 2026

LAHORE, August 29, 2026: Rwanda has invited Pakistani businesses and investors to explore investment and partnership opportunities in the East African country, with a particular focus on the health and education sectors.High Commissioner of Rwanda to Pakistan, H.E. Harerimana Fatou, made the remarks while participating in the Health & Education Summit Pakistan (HESP) 2026 in Lahore on Saturday.

The summit brought together professionals, business leaders and stakeholders from the health and education sectors, providing an opportunity for Rwanda and Pakistan to exchange knowledge, strengthen networks and explore areas for future cooperation.During her address, the Rwandan High Commissioner highlighted the country’s growing investment and business opportunities and encouraged Pakistani companies to consider Rwanda as a gateway to the wider African market.

She also invited Pakistani businesses and investors to attend the upcoming Rwanda–Pakistan Investment Forum, which will be held from September 23 to 25, 2026, in Kigali.The forum is expected to provide a platform for businesses from both countries to identify investment opportunities and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.Rwanda and Pakistan have continued to explore stronger economic and commercial ties, with investment, health and education emerging as potential areas for greater cooperation.
