ISLAMABAD, July 25: As part of the Prime Minister’s Foreign Language Initiative, ten students and two teachers from Islamabad Model College for Boys, I-8/3 departed for Moscow on Saturday for a two-week educational exposure visit at the invitation of the Government of the Russian Federation.The visit follows the successful completion of a Russian Language Course introduced under a tripartite agreement between the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), and the National University of Modern Languages (NUML).
The initiative aims to equip students with foreign-language proficiency, broaden their international exposure, and enhance their educational and employment prospects in an increasingly globalized world.The Ministry described the visit as a significant milestone in promoting quality education and international academic cooperation. It also acknowledged the continued support and collaboration of FDE, NAVTTC, NUML, and the Government of the Russian Federation in making the programme a success.
