G-13 Residents Applaud SHO Mian Khurram Rasool for Improving Security, Curbing Crime

ISLAMABAD: President of the G-13 Traders Association Riaz Khan, along with representatives of the G-13 residents’ committee including Waseem Dar and Fayyaz Abbasi, has expressed satisfaction over the measures taken by SHO Sumbal Police Station Mian Khurram Rasool to improve law and order and prevent crime in G-13 and adjoining areas.In a statement, they said that following the appointment of Mian Khurram Rasool as SHO, police patrolling and monitoring had improved, while effective action against suspected and criminal elements had contributed to a noticeable improvement in the overall security situation.

They said timely police response and increased surveillance had strengthened the sense of security among residents and traders. G-13 is an important residential and commercial area where a large number of citizens and businesses operate on a daily basis, making effective maintenance of law and order essential.The representatives said that residents had previously faced various security and law-and-order challenges, but increased police presence and monitoring under the current SHO had provided considerable relief.They described SHO Mian Khurram Rasool as a dedicated, active and committed police officer, saying that practical measures had been taken to prevent crime, including increased patrolling, surveillance and action against criminal elements.

The traders and residents’ representatives stressed that stronger coordination between police and the public was vital for maintaining peace and security. They expressed hope that Sumbal Police would continue its efforts against crime and further strengthen the protection of citizens and their property.They also urged senior officials of Islamabad Police to provide additional personnel and resources to Sumbal Police Station, particularly for the G-13 area, so that effective action against criminal elements could be sustained. They assured the police of their full cooperation in maintaining peace and security in the area.
