ISLAMABAD, August 14, 2026: Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College students, led by Patron-in-Chief and former MNA Zamurd Khan (Hilal-i-Imtiaz), presented an impressive parade at D-Chowk, Islamabad, as part of the Independence Day celebrations.The cadets’ disciplined and spirited performance drew a large crowd, who warmly applauded and appreciated their outstanding parade.
Addressing the gathering, Zamurd Khan expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for the blessing of freedom, saying that he bowed his head in thankfulness for Pakistan’s independence.He said Pakistan was created as a country of peace, love and brotherhood, adding that the establishment of Pakistan Sweet Home was a reflection of the same spirit of freedom. He highlighted that thousands of underprivileged and orphaned children, regardless of colour, race or prejudice, were progressing towards successful and dignified futures through the institution
.Zamurd Khan said they shared an unparalleled bond of love and devotion with Pakistan and the benefactors of the country, adding that no enemy could ever break this bond.He emphasized that serving the country was a responsibility of every citizen and reaffirmed that they would continue to fulfill this national duty with dedication and commitment.
