Pakistan’s Global Standing Strengthened After “Battle for Truth”: Ali Raza Syed

Brussels: Chairman of Kashmir Council Europe, Ali Raza Syed, has said that the success of the “Battle for Truth – Bunyan-un-Marsoos” has boosted the morale of the Kashmiri people and renewed their passion for the freedom movement in Kashmir.A reception was organized in Brussels by Kashmir Council Europe in honour of Syed Qamar Raza Shah, Chairman of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. The event was attended by prominent members of the Pakistani and Kashmiri communities living across Europe, along with officials from the Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels.

Addressing the gathering, Ali Raza Syed said Pakistan has earned a distinguished place in global diplomacy, which will help further highlight the Kashmir issue internationally. He paid tribute to Pakistan’s political and military leadership and urged the international community to stop Indian atrocities in Kashmir and support a peaceful resolution of the dispute.Speaking on the occasion, Syed Qamar Raza Shah praised the efforts of Kashmir Council Europe in raising awareness about Kashmir at the global level.

He said that after the “Battle for Truth,” Pakistan is now entering a phase of “Reconstruction and Development,” in which overseas Pakistanis will play a frontline role.He described overseas Pakistanis as a valuable national asset, noting that they have sent more than 38 billion US dollars in remittances during the current fiscal year. He added that under the leadership of Shehbaz Sharif and Syed Asim Munir, Pakistan has gained respect and recognition globally as a responsible and peace-loving state.Other speakers also appreciated the services of the OPF Chairman for overseas Pakistanis and reaffirmed their commitment to contributing towards Pakistan’s development, stability, and prosperity.
