Algerian Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Ahmed Attaf held a meeting with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar on the sidelines of the high-level segment of the 81st United Nations General Assembly session.The two sides held in-depth discussions on ways to further strengthen bilateral relations, with a focus on investment, economic cooperation, trade, higher education and cultural exchanges.
They also exchanged views on key regional and international developments, particularly the situation in the Middle East, and stressed the importance of continued dialogue and diplomatic efforts to address current challenges.The ministers also highlighted the strong coordination between Algeria and Pakistan at multilateral forums, particularly the United Nations.
