Governments, NGOs, academia, businesses and international organisations invited to apply by 14 August 2026
ANTALYA, Türkiye: Preparations for the 31st Conference of the Parties (COP31) have entered a new phase as applications for Partnerships and Türkiye Pavilion Side Events have officially opened for national and international institutions, local governments, non-governmental organisations, academic institutions, the private sector and other stakeholders.COP31 is scheduled to take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 9 to 20 November 2026, bringing together governments, climate experts and organisations from around the world to discuss key global climate challenges and solutions.
According to the organisers, Türkiye Pavilion Side Events will provide a platform for participants to share knowledge, present successful initiatives, exchange implementation experiences, strengthen capacity building and promote international cooperation. The events are designed to complement the formal COP31 negotiations by showcasing projects and initiatives that align with the conference’s priorities.Meanwhile, Partnership Applications will cover a wide range of activities in the Green Zone, including panel discussions, exhibition spaces, thematic hubs and showcases. Applicants requesting exhibition stands have been advised that refurbishment and construction costs may apply.
The organisers have also clarified that all participation-related expenses will be borne by the applicants.Interested organisations can submit their applications through the designated COP31 application portals. The deadline for applications is 14 August 2026.
