ISLAMABAD, Aug. 2 (IN): Member of the National Assembly and President of the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Women Wing Islamabad, Farah Naz Akbar, on Sunday visited polling stations set up in G-6 and G-9 during the elections for the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) refugee seats.During the visit, she interacted with voters, met party workers at election camps, and reviewed the polling arrangements to assess the overall electoral process.
Farah Naz Akbar praised the enthusiasm of voters and appreciated the dedication of PML-N workers for ensuring smooth coordination and assistance at the polling stations.She urged citizens to exercise their democratic right peacefully and responsibly, emphasizing that active public participation is vital for strengthening democratic institutions and promoting a transparent electoral process.A large number of PML-N office-bearers, women from diverse backgrounds, and party supporters accompanied her during the visit, expressing confidence in the party’s performance in the elections.
