MARDAN: Ruqia Nawaz Khan, a talented, dedicated, and highly professional government officer from Mardan, has earned another remarkable distinction. Currently serving as an Assistant Director at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority, Ruqia Nawaz Khan is posted in Haripur District. Previously, she served in the districts of Khyber, Mardan, and Peshawar, where she successfully performed several key administrative responsibilities. She also holds the unique distinction of being the first female Food Safety Officer posted in Khyber District, where she carried out her duties with exceptional courage, professionalism, and dedication, setting an inspiring example for women serving in the public sector.During her government service, Ruqia Nawaz Khan has played a significant role in ensuring the availability of safe, hygienic, high-quality, and Halal food for the public.
