Islamabad, June 3: Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry met with Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Atadjan Movlamov, to discuss matters of mutual interest and explore ways to further enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on regional stability and emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in various sectors. Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to expanding collaboration with Turkmenistan in the fields of parliamentary exchanges, trade, energy, and regional connectivity.
The Turkmen ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s efforts in promoting peace and stability in the region and expressed his country’s keen interest in deepening economic and cultural ties with Pakistan.The two sides also agreed to increase high-level engagements and promote parliamentary diplomacy to build a long-term partnership focused on shared prosperity, regional cooperation, and stronger people-to-people connections.
