PTI Leader Fawad Ali Noor Announces Four-Point Development Agenda for Shangla

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Chief Executive Officer of FGC Group of Companies, Fawad Ali Noor, has unveiled his political and social vision, stating that his politics is not aimed merely at gaining power or engaging in political activities, but rather at serving the people through welfare initiatives and practical measures for the development of Shangla.Speaking at a private school in Shahpur where he attended as chief guest, Fawad Ali Noor said that he had selected four major sectors as the foundation of his political struggle and public service mission: support for religious institutions, healthcare, education, and the welfare of coal mine workers.He stated that his foremost priority is the service of mosques and religious seminaries, which he described as the houses of Allah. According to him, efforts are underway in various areas to equip mosques and madrassas with modern facilities through solar energy projects.

Fawad Ali Noor clarified that although some circles attribute these initiatives entirely to government schemes, more than 350 mosques and seminaries have been provided with solar systems through his personal financial support, apart from a few government-assisted projects.He said that over the past eighteen to twenty years, alongside his business activities, he had consistently prioritized serving his native region and its people. He added that Allah Almighty had blessed him with the ability to undertake practical welfare initiatives for different segments of society.Highlighting healthcare as his second major priority, Fawad Ali Noor said that the provision of better medical facilities to the people of Shangla is the need of the hour.

He emphasized that residents of remote areas continue to face difficulties in accessing basic healthcare and timely medical treatment, making serious planning and practical steps essential.Discussing the importance of education, he stated that the foundation of developed societies rests upon quality education. He said that if the younger generation is provided with better educational opportunities and a conducive environment, Shangla can move toward a future of development and prosperity.Fawad Ali Noor further said that improving the education sector would remain a permanent part of his mission and public service agenda.Speaking about coal mine workers in Shangla, he said that this community has long been suffering from hardships, diseases, and workplace accidents.

He noted that many laborers lose their lives while working in coal mines, while numerous affected families continue to face severe economic and social challenges.He announced his commitment to reaching out to such workers, affected families, and deserving individuals to provide every possible assistance and to raise their issues on a priority basis.Fawad Ali Noor remarked that politics in Shangla now needs to move beyond traditional slogans and statements toward practical service, sincerity, welfare-oriented thinking, and public trust. He added that he would continue his political journey with the same vision and commitment.Meanwhile, while attending the final match of a grand volleyball tournament held in Alpuri as chief guest, the PTI leader praised the enthusiasm of the youth and the large public participation in the event.He said that the youth are the real asset of society and that the path to Shangla’s development passes through the promotion of sports, education, and positive activities.

According to him, it is essential to steer young people away from negative activities and encourage them toward sports fields in order to build a healthy and constructive society.Fawad Ali Noor also expressed his resolve to continue extending full support for the promotion of sports and the encouragement of talented youth in Shangla.At the conclusion of the ceremony, he distributed prizes among players who demonstrated outstanding performance and appreciated their efforts. Spectators and local residents also welcomed and praised his initiatives and thanked him for supporting youth activities and community welfare.
